Warranty Policy

Joey Sport provides a limited warranty against verified manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

The purpose of this policy is to distinguish a genuine manufacturing defect from normal wear, use, installation damage, accidents, modification, misuse, or customer-caused damage.

Warranty consideration applies only to a verified defect in materials or workmanship attributable to the manufacturing of the product.

A manufacturing defect does not include damage or deterioration resulting from the customer's use, installation, handling, vehicle, accident, impact, modification, maintenance, storage, or other external causes.

Not every reported condition qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

Joey Sport racing seats are automotive products that naturally experience wear through use. Normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect and is not covered by the Limited Warranty.

Conditions not covered include:

• Normal wear and tear
• Worn upholstery
• Worn bolsters
• Foam or cushion wear
• Fabric, suede, textile, or surface wear
• Stitching wear resulting from use
• Fading or discoloration
• Stains
• Abrasion
• Cosmetic deterioration resulting from normal use

As with other automotive wear items, ordinary deterioration caused by use is the owner's responsibility and is not a manufacturing defect.

The Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Incorrect or improper installation
• Improper mounting
• Installation or removal of the seat
• Incompatible brackets, sliders, mounting hardware, or components
• Improper use or installation of seat belts or racing harnesses
• Drilling
• Cutting
• Modification
• Alteration
• Unauthorized repair

Damage resulting from:

• Vehicle accidents
• Collisions
• Crashes
• Impacts
• Track incidents
• Vehicle damage
• Other external forces

is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered.

Joey Sport seats are designed for performance-oriented driving and track-related applications. This policy distinguishes a manufacturing defect from damage caused by an accident, collision, impact, misuse, or other external event.

Customers who believe a product has a manufacturing defect must contact support@joeysport.com.

Joey Sport may request:

• Order number or proof of purchase
• Description of the issue
• Photographs
• Video
• Product information
• Other reasonable information necessary to evaluate the reported condition

Joey Sport will review the information provided and determine whether the reported condition qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

Ordinary returns are governed by the Joey Sport Refund & Return Policy, including its eligibility requirements, 20% restocking fee, shipping-cost responsibility, and return-authorization requirements.
