These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Joey Sport website, your purchases from Joey Sport, any Joey Sport customer account you create, and any related services we provide.

By accessing or using the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the applicable Joey Sport policies referenced in them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or place orders through it.

Joey Sport makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs, pricing, availability, and other information on the website.

Product photographs and website images are intended to represent products as accurately as reasonably possible, but actual appearance may vary due to lighting, display or screen settings, materials, manufacturing variations, and other factors.

Product specifications, features, availability, and designs may be updated or changed when appropriate.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable and compatible with their specific vehicle, application, mounting configuration, brackets, sliders, seat belts, harnesses, and related components before installation or use.

Terms such as “universal,” “compatible,” or similar compatibility descriptions describe general compatibility characteristics and do not guarantee direct bolt-in fitment to every vehicle or application.

Vehicle-specific brackets, adapters, mounting components, modifications, or additional hardware may be required depending on the application.

Proper installation, mounting, and use of Joey Sport products are the responsibility of the customer and/or installer.

Customers must use appropriate mounting components and follow applicable vehicle and component requirements.

Joey Sport is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect installation, improper mounting, incompatible components, unauthorized modification, misuse, or improper use.

Joey Sport products may be designed for performance-oriented driving and track-related applications.

Participation in motorsport, racing, and track activities involves inherent risks.

Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, crashes, impacts, misuse, improper installation, modification, or other external causes is not a manufacturing defect and is governed by the applicable Joey Sport policies.

Customers participating in racing, track events, or organized motorsport are responsible for determining whether their seat, mounting system, harness, and related equipment satisfy the rules, specifications, and safety requirements applicable to their vehicle, event, class, sanctioning organization, or jurisdiction.

Joey Sport does not represent that its products are homologated, certified, approved, or sanctioned by any motorsport organization.

Prices and product availability are subject to change.

Joey Sport makes reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and product information.

Joey Sport reserves the right to correct pricing, description, availability, or other website errors.

If an order is affected by an obvious pricing, product-information, or availability error, Joey Sport may contact the customer, correct the error, refuse the order, or cancel the affected order as appropriate.

If Joey Sport cancels an order after payment has already been collected, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled order or item will be refunded.

Submitting an order and receiving an automated order confirmation does not prevent Joey Sport from reviewing the order for payment issues, product availability, pricing or site errors, suspected fraud, or other legitimate order-processing issues.

Joey Sport reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of:

• Payment authorization or payment problems
• Product availability
• Pricing or website errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Incorrect customer or order information
• Shipping restrictions
• Other legitimate order-processing reasons

If payment has already been collected for an order Joey Sport cancels, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may change from time to time.

Payments made through the website are processed through Joey Sport’s payment provider.

International orders arranged separately may be subject to the payment requirements described in the Shipping Policy.

Applicable sales or transaction taxes may be calculated and collected as required.

Dealer tax-exempt treatment is subject to approval and valid documentation where applicable.

Customers are responsible for other applicable duties, customs, brokerage, import taxes, or charges as described in the Shipping Policy.

Shipping, delivery estimates, destination restrictions, special-destination charges, international shipping, carrier delays, address changes, shipping damage, freight inspection, and related requirements are governed by the Joey Sport Shipping Policy.

Returns, eligibility, condition requirements, restocking fees, shipping responsibility, authorization, exchanges, and refund processing are governed by the Joey Sport Refund & Return Policy.

Manufacturing-defect coverage, exclusions, installation or modification issues, normal wear and tear, accidents or impacts, and warranty claims are governed by the Joey Sport Warranty Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials.

Customers should promptly contact Joey Sport if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.

Joey Sport may take reasonable steps to protect accounts, customers, and the website from suspected unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

Dealer participation is subject to application, approval, account status, valid business and resale documentation, and applicable Joey Sport Dealer Program requirements.

Dealer pricing, tax-exempt treatment, and other Dealer benefits apply only when eligibility requirements are satisfied.

Dealers must comply with applicable Joey Sport brand and pricing requirements, including MAP requirements where applicable.

Joey Sport may establish additional Dealer Program terms, policies, or agreements.

Participation in the Affiliate & Creator Program is subject to application, approval, account status, and applicable program requirements.

Referral attribution, commissions, adjustments, payouts, refunds, chargebacks, prohibited activity, and other Affiliate/Creator matters may be governed by additional program terms or policies.

Joey Sport may establish separate Affiliate & Creator Program terms.

The Joey Sport website and its original content—including the Joey Sport name, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, text, designs, and other brand and site materials—are owned by or licensed to Joey Sport and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes without permission.

Authorized Dealers and Affiliates/Creators may use approved Joey Sport brand materials only as permitted by Joey Sport and applicable program requirements.

Users may not:

• Use the website for fraud or unlawful activity
• Attempt unauthorized access to the website or other accounts
• Interfere with website or security operation
• Submit intentionally false or misleading information
• Misuse customer, Dealer, or Affiliate accounts
• Use automated scraping or data extraction for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Copy or exploit Joey Sport content in violation of intellectual property rights

This section does not prohibit ordinary browsing, search-engine indexing, or legitimate customer use of the website.

Joey Sport works to maintain accurate and available website services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Website content may occasionally contain typographical, technical, pricing, availability, or other errors.

Joey Sport may correct errors and update website content when appropriate.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Joey Sport’s liability for losses arising from the use of Joey Sport products or the website is limited. Joey Sport is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

• Improper installation
• Improper mounting
• Incompatible components
• Unauthorized modification
• Misuse or abuse
• Accidents, collisions, or impacts
• Customer or third-party actions
• Carrier delays or events outside Joey Sport’s reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Use of personal information is governed by the Joey Sport Privacy Policy.

When customers create accounts, place orders, apply for programs, or otherwise transact with Joey Sport, they may receive necessary electronic communications relating to accounts, orders, shipping, security, applications, and services.

Joey Sport may use or link to third-party services such as payment providers, shipping carriers, and other service providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and policies.

Joey Sport is not responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by events outside of Joey Sport’s reasonable control, including:

• Carrier disruptions
• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Transportation interruptions
• Government actions
• Labor disruptions
• Supply-chain interruptions
• Network or service outages
• Similar events beyond reasonable control

Joey Sport may update products, specifications, availability, prices, website content, and services from time to time.

Changes should not retroactively eliminate rights that have already accrued under applicable law or completed transactions.

Joey Sport may update these Terms & Conditions as business practices, website functionality, or legal requirements change.

Updated Terms should be reflected on this page with an updated effective date when appropriate.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
